The purpose of this role is to provide help desk support for our customers via calls, emails and faxes; In addition, to managing and processing orders. To provide customers with the highest level of support and service, in the most cost effective and efficient manner.

Job Accountabilities
Be responsible and accountable in providing full end user support – Specifically around network carrier products and services as well as manufacturer hardware & device support. Be fully conversant on Pricing and Tariff information to manage enquires effectively and provide best practice advice. Be responsible for the life cycle of the sales order purchase.
Control, manage and action all in bound Mailbox, Fax and phone enquiries through to resolution using bespoke CRM platform. Work towards the retention of all existing business through excellent customer care.
Be responsible for supporting back office & account management teams and other colleagues where necessary. To action, manage, coordinate, document and track all warranty or replacement loans devices.

Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Aptitude
A strong customer focus; strong organisational skills. Good telecommunications skills. Is able to communicate fluently both orally and in writing and can present complex technical information. Is able to absorb rapidly new technical information and communicate that effectively. Is customer oriented eager to learn, dynamic, motivated, flexible and service-minded team player who is able to work independently or as part of a team. Experience leading and working effectively in an environment with rapidly shifting and often contradictory priorities.

Experience
Must have worked in a customer services environment
Experience of working on a service/help desk preferred.
Excellent telephone manner, with a calming ability to deal with potentially exasperated situations. Can demonstrate excellent organisational, time management and administrative skills and ability to effectively co-ordinate company projects. Can demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Must have Keyboard, Microsoft Office, PC and E-mail skills and experience to intermediate standard. Must have the ability to work under pressure and with time constraints. Excellent eye to detail and accuracy

£18,000 + benefits include a monthly bonus of £100, Pension, Health and Dental plans.
