Job Description
A fantastic opportunity based in the City has arisen for a Business User Support to join the Transaction Services team to provide User support for the SEPA Payment System that has been newly implemented in their European Offices.
We are looking at candidates with good skill and experience in payment area and will have the following responsibilities:
* Provide business user support for SEPA payment system including: issue investigation, coordination and testing of resolution; liaison with application vendor and systems support teams; and maintenance of issue logs and reports.
* Plan and execute User Acceptance Test for SEPA payments application
* Produce and maintain user operation guide for SEPA payment system and other related documents.
* Provide general SEPA payments team support and administration as required.
* Provide user training, creation of training materials, and full support for end-user testing.
* General support for Payments Business Planning, such as documents research/analysis, translation, filing and administration
To be considered for this role you must be educated to degree level and have experience with banking industry. You will have user and functional test planning, execution and reporting of payment systems, or working experience with payment operation. French language skills would be preferred.
