Job Description
Commis Chef required for a two Rosette hotel restaurant located in the heart of London.
This quality restaurant would like to appoint a Commis Chef to progress their career. This position requires an ambitious individual looking to further their repertoire and enhance skills. The ideal candidate will be well motivated, dedicated and willing to learn.
You will be a hard-working, creative individual with relevant kitchen experience looking to build a career in the industry. You must be willing to learn new skills while at the same time developing those that you already hold.
Reporting directly to the Head Chef

You will have, or be working towards NVQ 1 & 2 or equivalent and have a minimum of 1 year kitchen experience in a quality hotel or restaurant. All applicants must possess a food hygiene certificate.
