Job Description

This modern 4 star hotel, part of a leading international hotel group is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join the kitchen brigade at Chef De Partie level. This is a demanding role for an experienced and enthusiastic individual in a busy kitchen providing, a la carte, brasserie and oriental options. The hotel is looking for a focused and flexible individual who is comfortable and accustomed to working in all areas of the kitchen, with a willingness to learn, desire to succeed and ability to work within a team. Qualifications/Experience required: You must have held a similar position for a minimum of 2-3 years and possess all the relevant qualifications to satisfy such a position including NVQ I&II and hygiene certificates. The position may also suit an experienced and confident commis or demi looking for their next career move.
