Job Description
Chef de Partie required by this top quality hotel in Surrey.
If you have ambition and drive and looking for a place to make your mark in the industry then this could be just what you are looking for.
This 70+ bed hotel has excellent banqueting facilities, a sophisticated and reputable restaurant and cosy lounge area all providing first class cuisine to the guests.
Currently pushing for their first Rosette they are looking for a Chef de Partie with previous experience in a Rosette accredited kitchen. Applicants must be reliable, passionate, innovative, creative, standards driven and have a sound all round knowledge. Candidates must have achieved NVQ 1&2.
In line with the requirements of the asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
