Job Description
This magnificent property with a highly accredited restaurant are currently looking to recruit a Commis Chef to strengthen the existing award winning brigade. This property has an elegant restaurant with facilities for conference and banqueting.
The Role:-
You will be willing to learn and be committed to high standards; this kitchen is the ideal place in which to develop your skills. You will be working with local fresh produce to create innovative dishes for a seasonal changing menu. You will be preparing food and doing basic cooking, under the supervision of the more experienced chefs. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of hygiene, handling deliveries and stock rotation.

Qualification/Experience:-
You will require previous experience within a quality fresh food environment. Rosette experience is not necessary however NVQ qualifications would be an advantage but is not essential. What is essential is a true passion, the willingness to learn and you must be a team player.
