Job Description
This newly refurbished 4 star property has a fantastic opportunity for a Chef De Partie . Our clients are looking for an exceptional individual to give quality service, both to customers and colleagues within their superb hotel in the East London region. The conveniently located near to shopping centres and close to main trunk routes into London, this really is a prime location.
You\'re Role
Reporting to the Head/Sous Chef you will be responsible for the organisation, control and efficient running of a nominated section of the kitchen, according to specified standards of the hotel and department, adhering to company and statutory regulations.

Qualifications/Background:
Our clients are seeking a passionate chef to complement their existing team. You must have a strong background and be familiar with all areas of the kitchen. NVQ level 2 or equivalent is desirable but not essential. You will preferably have experience dealing with high volume units. The successful candidate will be a creative individual, be self motivated and who will have the ability to run a section of the busy kitchen.
