Job Description
The establishment offers a choice of dining options and the setting proves popular as the perfect location for weddings and other functions. The extensive menus are ostensibly English with French influences, offering traditional cuisine that is simple yet fresh and exciting. Candidates must be from a quality background, preferably with rosette, pastry and volume cooking experience.

Qualifications/Experience required:
A minimum of 2-3 years in quality establishments at a similar level with a minimum of 1 AA Rosettes. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. Applicants must be well presented and have a stable CV with good references.
