Job Description

This modern 4 star hotel, part of a leading international hotel group is looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade.

This is a demanding role in a busy kitchen that offers its guests, a la carte, brasserie and oriental options. Excellent opportunity for an experienced and focused Chef de Partie who is looking to advance and proceed in their chosen career.

The hotel is looking for a focused and flexible individual who is comfortable and accustomed to working in all areas of the kitchen, with a willingness to learn, desire to succeed and ability to work within a team.

Qualifications/Experience required: You must have held a similar position for a minimum of 2-3 years and possess all the relevant qualifications to satisfy such a position including NVQ I&II and hygiene certificates. The position may also suit an experienced and confident commis or demi looking for their next career move.
