This is a new, varied and exciting role and has been created to assist the Associate Director in setting up a new office in Croydon, 5 minutes walk from East Croydon station, based in corporate offices..

Principal responsibilities will include:
Dealing with insolvency casework which will mainly consist of Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations and Administrations;
Dealing with reasonable sized caseload, assisting team members where necessary on larger cases. Casework will involve the start of the job through to the closure process;
Agreeing creditor claims and making distributions;
General correspondence and liaison with creditors;
Directors conduct investigations;
Completion of VAT and Corporation Tax Returns'
Compliance duties
Meeting with Directors, assisting in creditor meetings

It is essential that candidates have relevant corporate insolvency experience, sound knowlege of Excel/Word and Outlook
Preferably CPI qualified
