A leading luxury holiday company are seeking an experience Data Analyst to work in their marketing department.

The role:
Analysing and reporting on performance of direct marketing campaigns. In particular looking at response rates, conversion rates, trends and ROI. Working with the marketing team to develop appropriate KPIs, measures and methodologies.

The skills needed:
Statistical or maths oriented degree
Knowledge of marketing-relevant analysis techniques such as CHAID and PWE
Strong PC skills, especially MS Excel

Preferred skills:
Experience of using AS400
Experience of a direct marketing environment
Experience of using major commercial data analysis packages such as SPSS, SAS and FastStats
Experience of exporting data and producing reports from web stats packages
Worldwide travel experience
